Lifetime Limited Warranty

Sharks Pool Tables warrants to the original purchaser of any Sharks Pool Tables billiard table that the table will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Sharks Pool Tables will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or parts at no charge to the original owner, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

• Cloth and felt
• Pockets
• Rail bumpers
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from improper use, handling, installation, maintenance, or relocation

Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a suspected defect in materials or workmanship, the original owner must notify Sharks Pool Tables before returning any parts.

Defective parts must be returned to Sharks Pool Tables either in person or by freight, with shipping charges prepaid by the owner. Upon receipt, Sharks Pool Tables will inspect the returned parts to determine whether the defect is covered under this warranty.

If the part is determined to be defective and covered under this warranty, Sharks Pool Tables will repair or replace the part and return it to the owner using conventional prepaid freight.

For warranty claims made more than one (1) year after the original purchase date, all shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Repair or replacement of the defective part constitutes the complete fulfillment of Sharks Pool Tables’ obligations under this warranty. This warranty does not require replacement of the entire billiard table.

Slate Warranty

Sharks Pool Tables guarantees that all of our slate is machined flat to within ±0.01 inches across the playing surface.

Provided that the slate is properly installed by a certified installer, correctly shimmed, and appropriately maintained, the slate is guaranteed to remain flat under normal conditions.

Sharks Pool Tables reserves the right to repair minor imperfections or faults that are determined to be inherent characteristics of the slate and that do not materially affect its performance.

Slate or table defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, relocation, or natural disasters are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

If a Sharks Pool Tables billiard table is resold, donated, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to another owner, the warranty is immediately void and will not transfer to the new owner.

If the table needs to be moved or relocated, the owner must contact Sharks Pool Tables for professional moving services. Any damage resulting from moving, relocating, disassembling, transporting, or reassembling the table by anyone other than Sharks Pool Tables or an authorized/certified professional may void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Alterations or modifications
• Misuse or improper use
• Neglect or lack of maintenance
• Abuse
• Improper installation or servicing
• Improper moving or relocation
• Natural disasters or other natural calamities

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

The foregoing warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Sharks Pool Tables does not assume, and does not authorize any person to assume on its behalf, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of any Sharks Pool Tables billiard table.

Returns, Cancellations & Restocking

All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Pool tables and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable. In certain circumstances, Sharks Pool Tables may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit toward another product in lieu of a refund.

Custom-ordered products and products that have been ordered specifically for the customer are subject to a 30% restocking fee, where applicable. Please contact Sharks Pool Tables for additional details regarding cancellations, exchanges, or restocking charges.

Important Notice Regarding Table Relocation

Pool tables are precision-engineered products and require proper handling when moved. To protect the integrity of your table and maintain warranty coverage, please contact Sharks Pool Tables before relocating your table.

Damage caused by improper disassembly, moving, transportation, installation, leveling, or reassembly may void the warranty.

If table is re-sold or donated all warranty will be voided. If tables needs to be relocated please contact Sharks Pool Tables for moving services, any mishandling of your table will void the warranty.Sharks Pool Tables — Lifetime Limited Warranty & Return Policy
